I greatly enjoyed supper friendly employees!

Food was good and I stayed in the superior quadruple room, it was brand-new. The location was great and incredible, really close to everything. Plus, it was really close to bars and restaurants which are open early in the mornings, all the highlights of cusco and the center of down town...

Power outage for 2h left me scrambling in a dark room. I surely expected extra pampering for all my troubles, but alas-none was offered. That bathroom door didn't close right-talk about absoluteley unacceptable. Almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't. Keep it classy, Rojas Inn!

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of fresh fruit and delicious egg options, perfect for keeping up energy during my sightseeing. I appreciated the spacious and well-decorated room that offered a comfortable stay. The hotel was conveniently located within a short walk to the main attractions like Plaza de Armas and Qorikancha. The staff was nice, accommodating my requests for special dietary options at breakfast.

The room I got was small, without windows and very cold. After 10pm there was no hot water. The location is good, but other than that it was terrible.

Lovely little hotel located in a trendy area near to the Plaza de Armas, which is pretty convinient, the main square, many restaurants, all the shops, and also near, and bars and clubs which were mostly in a sidestreet. Superfriendly and amiable staff with smiles. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a main church.

It was available when we arrived at 1 am. Out room was new renovated.

The rest of the hotel was under construction. Breakfast was nothing special.

Staying at this cozy spot with my son's family was a treat! We loved the expansive rooms and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It was also conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas.

My wife says that the power outages were a bit inconvenient.

It was just a fitting option for a flying visit in Cusco with reasonable price. I enjoyed the complimentary tea service near my room, a nice touch. Make sure to bring your own snacks for the late nights.
